I've spent over 16 years in IT — from enterprise infrastructure and data-center environments to cloud architecture and DevOps — before founding Imikan Technologies Ltd to bring production-grade RAG and AI systems to businesses that actually need them.

I hold three AWS certifications — DevOps Engineer Professional, Developer Associate, and Cloud Practitioner — alongside Google AI Professional and Microsoft AI Fluency certifications. I've also completed applied Google AI credentials covering app building, data analysis, content creation, research, and planning.

I'm hands-on with every system we ship and personally accountable for the technology we build, from architecture and development through deployment and ongoing improvement.
